Are there other guest renting the venue?

No. Our entire venue is yours for the day! We host one wedding per day as we want to make this the most memorable event of your lives, right from the rehearsal to the morning after when you might enjoy a delectable brunch with family and friends.

What features are provided with this venue?

Intimate ceremonial gazebo adjacent to a 4-tier stone waterfall.
Spectacular bridal walkway to ceremonial area all landscaped with shrubbery and floral vegetation.
Shimmering pond with a lighted fountain located directly beside the event space and gazebo.
A picture-perfect wrap-around porch is located directly off the barn.
Evening bonfire area with natural stone seating.
Well-lit pathways and parking lot to ensure guests’ safety.
Complete serviced bar and bartender provided, including premium liquors and specialty cocktails.
Round tables, wooden cross back chairs, and linens are provided for the main floor.
The mezzanine has live edge walnut harvest tables with hardwood chairs.

Designated band/DJ area with a superb sound system with speakers strategically placed around the venue, DJs need only bring their control board and plug in.

Maple Lane Haven meets or exceeds all regulations set forth by the Ontario Fire Code and the Ontario Building Code. Our banquet facility is a fully accessible venue.

This private retreat offers a comfortable space for the bride and bridal party to get ready, with elegant furnishings, ample mirrors, and soft lighting for makeup and photos. The suite is thoughtfully designed to provide a serene atmosphere where you can relax, prepare, and share special moments before walking down the aisle.

Our venue features a spacious private groomsmen area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. This inviting space is equipped with plush leather couches, a billiard table, and a large-screen television, making it the perfect spot for the groom and his party to unwind, socialize, and prepare for the big day. I hardly know where to begin when expressing our gratitude for everything you did to make Lily and Ryan’s wedding day so special.

From our very first meeting six months ago to the final details being wrapped up this week, you guided us every step of the way with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. The amount of thought, attention to detail, and hard work you put into every aspect of the day was truly remarkable.

Your recommendations for the timeline—from breakfast and mimosas for the girls to lunch and beers for the boys—helped create a relaxed and joyful start to the day. Every detail was carefully considered, from the appetizer selections and quantities to happy hour, dinner service, and even the cake cutting. Everything flowed seamlessly, allowing us to fully enjoy the celebration without worry.

The homemade muffins and fresh fruit tray with coffee and tea the next morning were much appreciated.

Our guests are still talking about the incredible food, the beautiful property, and the outstanding service they received throughout the day. The entire experience exceeded our expectations.

The food was insanely incredible, I have guests messaging me after the wedding to see if they can get the recipes. Our wedding day was magical and one I will forever cherish. Miriam was absolutely amazing to work with - she made the entire planning process so easy and stress free. The venue itself is stunning, the food is amazing and it’s truly so enjoyable to plan a wedding where all of the major things (food, drinks, tables set etc) are all taken care of. Miriam was extremely accommodating and so easy to work with. Many people say how stressful it is to plan a wedding, but our experience was so enjoyable thanks to Miriam. Location is beautiful and amenities spot on. The food was made on site, good quality and cooked to perfection. The staff were super kind and details they looked after blew me away. When we first saw the venue space and property, we were blown away - from the breathtaking scenery to the rustic yet modern decor, everything was absolutely stunning. We knew that this was the perfect venue space for us. Miriam answered all of our many questions and made us feel really comfortable and confident with every decision we made. Miriam is professional and knowledgeable as well as kind and quick with a joke - we felt right at home from the very beginning.

The indoor and outdoor spaces are gorgeous, we received many comments from our guests that their breaths were taken away when they pulled into the driveway. You can tell that Miriam and her team have high standards and take such care and consideration for the upkeep and beauty of every inch of the property.

Chef Brian and his culinary team created such a delicious and amazing meal for our day, we will be forever dreaming of the chicken, prime rib and loaded mashed potatoes. Chef Brian's attention to detail and love he put into the meal was definitely noted. Due to the weather and delaying dinner, Chef Brian happily adjusted his schedule to accommodate for the changes which was greatly appreciated.

About 20 minutes before the ceremony, it started to downpour outside. Miriam graciously checked in with me - who may have been a bit devasted what we couldn't have had our ceremony in the beautiful outdoor ceremony space - and made sure I knew what our options were and that everything was taken care of. Miriam agreed to delay things until the weather changed. She sprung into action when it was clear that unless I and the rest of the guests wanted to be soaked, we would have to move the ceremony inside where the reception was. Within 15 minutes of making that tough decision, our ceremony space was set up and looked great - we received many compliments on how no one would know that the reception space was not originally supposed to be the ceremony space. Although it was not the plan we had originally hoped for, everything turned out greater than we could have ever imagined.

Miriam and Joe were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire planning process and the big day - there were multiple check ins and open communication with Miriam that we greatly appreciated and valued. I will definitely recommend Maple Lane Haven to anyone!

I had driven past this property over the course of the last 8 years always admiring it, only found out recently it was a venue (since 2020) and we chose it as the location for our wedding.
The venue was stunning, both inside and out. Miriam was extremely awesome the whole time, leading up to the wedding and on the day. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for the day and helping make everything go smoothly. She was easy to get in contact with with questions and on the initial tour she made sure all our questions were answered.
I definitely would recommend Maple Lane Haven as a wedding venue and for any other event!

Thank you Miriam + Staff for all the work and time you put in to making our wedding day go so well. It was greatly appreciated and we loved getting to work with you.
